Pursuant to sec. 135 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 (Börsegesetz 2018), UNIQA Insurance Group AG announces that on 24 August 2018 it received notifications pursuant to sec. 130 ff of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 in relation to the simplification of the RBI shareholder structure by Raiffeisen regional banks.
